Project Information

The Colman Building consists of an existing 6-story building plus basement bounded by Marion Street to the north, First Ave to the east, Columbia Street to the south, and Post Avenue to the west.

The redevelopment of the Colman Building includes preservation of historic character-defining features, a structural upgrade for earthquake resistance, conversion from office to apartments, the construction of a rooftop penthouse and revitalization of street level shops. The site is zoned DMC 170.
